University of Hail has achieved a new international scientific milestone at the 2026 Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, with its academic staff winning gold and silver medals for distinguished and high-quality innovations.

Dr. Abdullah bin Farah Al-Shammari, from the College of Dentistry, received the Gold Medal with Congratulations of the Jury, which is considered the highest medal distinction at the exhibition. It is awarded exclusively to outstanding inventions that receive special recommendation from the members of the jury.

Prof. Ahmed bin Saud Al-Shammari, from the College of Engineering, also received the Silver Medal, which is awarded to inventions of clear scientific and practical value.

This national achievement reflects the University’s growing progress in the fields of research and innovation, in line with the support extended to the higher education sector by the Kingdom’s wise leadership—may God preserve it—to fulfill the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in strengthening the international competitiveness of Saudi talent.
